Workshops and lectures require material preparation, so cancellation less than a week in advance is not possible.

Online & Recorded Courses:

After purchase, permanent access to course video materials is provided. Refunds for online and recorded courses are not possible.
* Funds are credited to internal balance and can be used for other events within 12 months
Refund Methods (your choice):
- To card: Refund to the card used for payment (timeframe: 3-5 business days). A 3.6% payment system commission is deducted from the refund amount (this fee is non-refundable by the payment processor)
- To site balance: Instant credit to internal balance in full without any commission, available for other services within 12 months
💡 Example calculation: For a 100% refund of ¥10,000 payment to card: ¥10,000 − ¥360 (3.6% commission) = ¥9,640 refunded. For balance refund: ¥10,000 (no commission deducted).
Unpaid Registrations:
- Free events can be cancelled anytime before the start
- If you don't pay for a paid event within 24 hours, registration is automatically cancelled
After Service Starts:
- No refunds for events that have already occurred or courses that have been started
- In exceptional cases (illness, force majeure), rescheduling to another date may be possible by arrangement with administration
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend a scheduled event without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be provided. Please ensure you cancel according to the refund policy timeframes above if you cannot attend.
Digital Materials:
After access is granted or download is completed, refunds are not possible according to digital content sales legislation.

Returns for Defective Products/Services / 不良品・サービス不備の場合の返品・交換
If you discover a defect, error, or unavailability of paid content/service:
- Immediately contact our support team at info@artillect.jp
- We will fix the issue, provide a replacement, or issue a full refund — your choice
- All costs related to resolving defects are borne by the company
- Claim period: within 7 days of discovering the defect
